Hi @hooperman13
When are you getting the error message (adding a site, reconnecting it, etc…), and can you please post the entire error message (feel free to replace any identifiable information)?
Here is the entire error message: Unable to create directory /home/rs10/public_html/c********te.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/mainwp/. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
And here is a video shoing the process Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software | Loom
Thanks for the update.
Can you tell us if the child site has been migrated/cloned from a different server recently?
It’s possible that " /home/rs10/public_html/c**" is not the correct path.
