Issue while trying to connect child site

Hi, I’m having an issue when trying to connect a child site. The “Adding the site to your MainWP Dashboard. Please wait…” message it’s frozen. I have the child plugin properly added also.

  1. Is this hapenning with all child sites you’re trying to add or only with one child site?

  2. Can you please make sure that you’re running the latest versions of MainWP Dashboard (5.0.3.2) and MainWP Child on the child site (5.0.1.1)?

  3. Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:

Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.

Hi, I think I need to add more information about my issue. I created a site with LocalWP, and its main purpose is to host a MainWP dashboard and connect all the child sites there. Could this setup be causing the issue?

Child Sites can be added to the locally hosted MainWP Dashboard, so something else is causing an issue here.

Can you please provide answers to the questions from my previous message?

  1. Yeah its happening with every child
  2. I checked the versions and they are correct
  3. I can’t provide you that, it doesn’t let me. I think this warning is my problem?: openssl_pkey_export(): Cannot get key from parameter 1
