Issue with Site Connection in MainWP Dashboard

Hi Team,

We are currently experiencing an issue while attempting to connect a site to the MainWP Dashboard. The process gets stuck at the message:
“Adding the site to your MainWP Dashboard. Please wait…”
It never completes, and no error message is displayed.

Troubleshooting steps we’ve already taken:

  • Deactivated all security plugins and firewalls
  • Deactivated and reinstalled the MainWP Child plugin
  • Increased the PHP memory limit to 1024M

Despite these efforts, the issue persists.
Kindly assist us in identifying the root cause and suggest a permanent solution.

Welcome to the MainWP community.

When adding this site, are you using Extensions Settings Synchronization? If so, for which extensions?

Also, can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.

Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
