Main Dashboard - Manage Plugin

We use to be able to press manage plugin, pull up a list of plugins as well as sites using that plugin, select the sites and upload a plugin to those sites from that table. Can we get that feature back?

this option is still there:

Just make sure you have some sites selected in the table and the option will appear.
