Monthly schedules stopped working: it feels like it went into a loop again (image attached). The “last run” and “next run” are on the same dates. This is the second time this happens in 3 months, I’d like to know how to solve this once and for all.
All extensions and plugins are up to date (I’m only using Wordfence and WP Mail SMTP besides the mainwp ones).
Could someone give it a deeper look? I can provide of credentials to access. I tried responding to the email support but no one has answered since Thursday.
Our apologies, we missed your message in Help Scout, it appears you re-opened an old ticket, and it was not routed correctly. I was able to find and reply to the existing ticket now.
