Is there any way to revert the dashboard colours? I much prefer the better contrast from the previous version. I know I could do some custom CSS work, but if you have it to hand I’d love to just drop that in instead of me re-inventing the wheel.

Place it here /wp-content/uploads/mainwp/themes/
Once you do, the theme toggle button (which normally switches between light and dark) will become a theme switch, which will open this popup:
