I keep a few different highly configured wp site types in my dev area and manually clone them to production as needed.
What do I need to know about manually cloning (not using mainwp clone extension) a site with mainwp child installed?
What happens? Does mainwp child deactivate on the new cloned site due to url change? Or? I assume it’s designed in such a way that a clone site doesn’t cause errors or duplicates in the mainwp dashboard. Obviously I can just test this but I figured I would ask since I’m sure you can give me a clear answer.
