MainWP Child plugin - Conflict with Enfold Theme?

I have been using the MainWP Child plugin and connected it to MainWP for this site: c3mechanical.com. However, there seems to be a conflict between the plugin and the WP theme (Enfold Child). When the MainWP plugin is ACTIVE, it changes the site’s appearance and prevents me from editing the appearance using the theme options settings. When MainWP is DEACTIVATED, the site looks the way it should, and I am able to edit settings in the theme options area. I determined this by deactivating all plugins and reactivating them one by one. MainWP is the only plugin that causes this behavior. Here is a link to a screen video that shows what is happening (you may need to turn up the volume to hear my description): Homepage - C3Mechanical and 16 more pages - Work - Microsoft Edge - 2025-08-20_06-47-58 - TechSmith Screencast. Can you help please? Thanks.

It looks like you are running a 7 year old version of Enfold (version 4.4.1). The latest version is 7.1.1. So it would probably hard for the MainWP team (or someone else) to find a cause of this issue. My advice would be to check your Enfold license, make sure you have a good backup and update the site to the latest version.

Hey @Armando-A

Are you using White Label and/or Code Snippets add-ons in your MainWP Dashboard, and do you have any settings or snippets applied to this site via those add-ons?

If so, please try temporarily unloading any snippets and reverting White Label settings to defaults.

Any code snippets or any white labeling you may have applied to this site get loaded when the MainWP Child plugin is activated.

White labeling settings may be affecting the access to theme settings, and code snippets can affect the site in many different ways.
