The MainWP Child plugin was installed and working correctly for approximately two months, after which the site became disconnected and the plugin no longer appears in the Plugins section of the WordPress dashboard. Attempts to delete the plugin from the file manager and reconnect the site were unsuccessful, and the plugin folder still exists on the server but cannot be managed from the admin panel.

The Child plugin was likely hidden using our White Label add-on.
If you are unable to reconnect the site on the Dashboard and unhide it in the White Label settings, please try using our tool for White Label reset: White Label - MainWP WordPress Management

Thanks for the help. I’ll try the White Label reset tool to unhide the MainWP Child plugin and then reconnect the site from the dashboard.
