I am unable to add plugins to favorites, receiving the following error:
Extraction failed: Incompatible Archive.
I have tried adding them from our content server:
As well as from wordpress.org
I have even tried unzipping and rezipping.
Please advise.

I’ve managed to reproduce the issue and passed it along to our dev team.
The add-on seems to misidentify certain external ZIP URLs and ends up fetching a non-existent archive, which then fails to extract.
We will have a fix for this in an upcoming release of the add-on.
