Hi,
We’ve been trying and checking for a while, but we’re using Pro reports with a self-hosted Matomo.
All is fine apart from the ‘New Vistis’ entry which never shows its value. We’re using the pro-report-agency.php
Any ideas?

Hey @SuppY
I couldn’t reproduce this. Using pro-report-agency.php, the Matomo New Visits field contains appropriate value.
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
Hi,
the funny thing is, we tried with some of the other default reports and exactly the same thing happens… Only that value does not show, the rest of the data from matomo is perfect and as expected (or doesn’t happen, depending on how you look at it ;-))

Thanks for the system report. Nothing stands out as an obvious issue.
Can you check on the Pro Reports Tokens page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=Extensions-Mainwp-Pro-Reports-Extension&tab=tokens), if perhaps you have the relevant Matomo [piwik.new.visits]
token manually created?
We’ve had previous reports of a token with the same name as the default/built-in token being created manually, which renders the default token nonfunctional.
If you don’t have the Matomo token created on that page and the issue persists, please open a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further.
Please refer to this Community thread by its URL in the ticket.
Nope, no token mentioning piwik
at all.
I’ll open a support ticket now
