Can you please try clicking the “Check All Sites Domains” button in the top right of the Domain Monitor Dashboard, and see if those domains show up?
I had tried that before. I just tried again. I can see the sites in the progress window. They even get a green checkmark. But, they still do not appear in the extension afterwards.

Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Thanks for the system report. Nothing stands out as an obvious issue.
We’re aware of the issue that the WHOIS server is reporting empty data for certain TLDs, however that issue shouldn’t be preventing the domains from showing up in the Dashboard of the Domain Monitor.
Would you mind opening a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further?
