Today I went to do updates through WPMain and it said all of my MainWP child sites were disconnected. I went to try to reconnect all 6 of them and I get an error message saying MainWp Child not detected. I am able to login to WP Admin on all 6 sites. I tried deactivating WPMain Child plugin, reactivating it and created a new token and put that in WPMain. Still not working.
All of them went offline today. Was there an update that went out that may have broken the integration?
Same issue. 4 of my sites won’t connect. I’m on SiteGround. The sites that won’t connect are all on one account. Other sites are fine.
Mine are all on SiteGround also.
I opened up a ticket on SiteGround. Maybe if you open one up also it may get escalated.
We’ve had previous cases where SiteGround’s Captcha on the child site was blocking the connection from the Dashboard.
The only way to resolve this would be to contact the hosting support of the child sites and ask them to whitelist the MainWP Dashboards URL or IP.
