Pivot View of Plugins

The default view when you open up the manage plugins dashboard is to have the plugins in the columns and sites in the rows. Since I have far more plugins than sites, I would prefer to pivot the view to the opposite view: plugins in roses and sites in columns - since its much easier to scroll up and down than horizontally. Right now, my plugins extend way off the visible area while I have a huge white space that isn’t usable.

Is there a way to pivot this view?

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to do this. I assume it could be accomplished with a custom JS script, but I am not 100% sure.
