In avalaible updates, when i click on a plugin i get:

To clarify, do you mean Sites > Updates > Plugins page?
I was unable to reproduce it. Clicking on the plugin name one that page, loads the info correctly:
Does it happen for all plugins for you or only some?
Can you check your browser console to see if any errors are logged when you click on a plugin?

The problem seems to be solved. I think it was because of DISALLOW_FILE_MODS.
