Plugin Updates are only showing on some site reports

I know this is something I am completely over looking but I just cant seem to find the answer.

On some of my client reports the plugin updates are showing and others they are not, using the same report.

How do I enable this for all sites?

Hey @thoroughbred

Are you using Client Reports or the Pro Reports add-on?

Please note that the Client Reports have been retired for some time now, and that Pro Reports replaced it: Retired Add-ons - MainWP WordPress Management

Do you have MainWP Child Reports plugin installed on these sites? That plugin is necessary for creating logs (such as logs for plugin updates), which end up in the Pro Reports.

If so, was the plugin installed during the period for which you’re creating the report?

Im using Pro Reports

You can also if the plugin updates were actually logged by the MainWP Child Reports plugin on your-child-site.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=mainwp-reports-page

If they are not logged for the time period for which you’re creating reports, then there is simply nothing to show in the reports in the Plugin Updates category.

Thank you so much for the reply! Im sure the issue was the plugin was not installed during the time of the report (last month).

Thanks again!
