I just purchased a lifetime license yet most of the “PRO” extensions are not allowed to be installed in my Dashboard. It says “Extension not Purchased”. I cannot seem to find any KB or anything related. A few forum posts talk about regenerating API keys.

This may simply be the case of your local browser cache. Can you try hard-refreshing the MainWP Dashboard (usually CTRL+F5), clearing the browser cache, or you can also try an Incognito/Private window?
