Hey @cher
Welcome to the MainWP community.
I couldn’t reproduce this issue with pro-report-agency.php or pro-report-agency-dark.php.
Have you made any customizations to the template?
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
Looks like the issue corrected itself. Thank you.
The issue came back again.

Thanks for the system report.
Have you made any customizations to the template?
Is the report being rendered like this when you download the PDF?
Does it also render like this in the email attachment?
It renders like this on download. I haven’t tried email yet. Nobody’s complained about the email template so those might be working.
We have made no customizations.
Just to be sure that’s it not just an issue with the PDF viewer, can you try opening that PDF in another PDF viewer or in another browser?
And if you can also try sending yourself a test Pro Report email to check if the PDF looks good as an attachment?
I emailed the report and it still does not look correct. The pdf viewer is just opening the pdf in chrome.
See below and report link at https://www.wpfixit.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Monthly-Care-Report.pdf
Thanks for checking that.
Would you mind opening a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further?
And please refer to this Managers thread by its URL in the ticket.
Ticket created. Thanks.
Just to provide an update on this -
We’ve identified an issue with the pro-report-agency.php template, which can manifest as incorrect rendering in rare situations.
The fix for it will be included in the next release of Pro Reports.
