Hi, hope you can help me with configuration “pro reports extension”.
I try to configure a test pro report for my agency.
after working thru your configuration manuals I can’t get information about plugin changes from my child site.

  • child reports enabled
  • child plugin changes are logged
  • section tokens are set by default template

any other token information is displayed on report.

Welcome to the MainWP community!

Can you please check if the MainWP Child (v4.5.3) and MainWP Child Reports (v2.2) plugins are up to date on the child sites?

And can you check that the plugin changes were logged during the selected report date range?

Keep in mind, the MainWP Child Reports plugin has had to be installed on the child site in order for those changes to appear in the report.
It does not track changes retroactively upon installation.
