I’m new to MainWP and setting up pro reports. When I’m creating a new report or editing an existing report, these fields are disabled: Report Introduction message, Report closing message, and Email message. I can’t add any text or tokens. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
Hi Bojan, thanks so much for the reply. The issue resolved after I rebooted my computer the next day. Now when I go into the reports, everything is working just as expected. I had not rebooted my mac for several weeks, so I’m guessing that too many apps and browsers opened made things get wonky.
