Pro Reports displaying token and not token data

Hi. Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong with extension tokens in Pro Reports?

I have a functioning custom report (operating from the correct wp-content/uploads/mainwp/report-templates/ directory) and I’m trying to include data from Lighthouse and Domain monitor extensions. For some reason the actual token name is printing in the report not the token data. I’ve wrapped the token in its own config-section-data tags but still no go. Token names for both Lighthouse and Domain Monitor are printing.

Both Lighthouse and Domain Monitor properly display data on the monitored domain’s dashboard so I know the extensions are working for this monitored domain.

Clearly I’m missing something that possibly instantiates the data. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Can you share the code for the Lighthouse and Domain Monitor sections so that we can try to reproduce the issue?

And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Just to provide an update on this -

Part of the syntax of the code that was inserted in the custom report template was incorrect, and thus, the tokens were not properly showing the values.

For example, here is the required code to insert in order to add a section for Domain Monitor, which in this example includes two of its tokens.

1. Near the beginning of the PHP file, we add this line which checks if the extension is active
   

   

2. And at the desired spot in the PHP, we add a section for Domain Monitor data. We’ve added two tokens as two rows in the table as an example. Simply add or remove table rows with the desired tokens to customize it.
