When ever I try and generate the PDF version in the Pro report extension it fails to download due to open correctly following error

This is on a new install and I haven’t created any custom templates so using the default.

Can you try temporarily disabling all plugins except for the MainWP Dashboard and Pro Reports and see if you can download the PDF then?
If you can, then please try enabling the rest of the plugins either individually or in batches until you find the conflict.

Just to provide an update on this -
The user noticed that the SiteGround VPS account where the Dashboard was hosted was seemingly causing multiple issues, not just this.
So after switching to another host, this issue was resolved.
