Pro Reports is working fine for all my websites.
I have just 1 client website and here , when i want to send the report, then the icon keeps spinning. It does not send, no error.
How to fix?

We are aware of an issue with a template Pro Report Basic (pro-report-basic.php) that causes timeouts.
Are you perhaps using that template for the client’s website?
I tried all Pro Report templates. None of them are working. But again, this only happens with 1 client.
