I have been sending monthly reports for a couple of years with no issues, but suddenly, when I hit the “send now” button, the page refreshes, but nothing happens. I cannot modify or save any changes to the reports either. I have tried a couple of variations, but I cannot get anything to generate or save.

Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.

Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
