Pro Reports sent report but contains errors

Hi, I tested Pro Reports several weeks ago and reports were fine, but yesterday the scheduled report sent and had a bunch of errors in the email content and in pdf:

Did you make any modifications to the Agency template, either for PDF or for the email?

And can you please check if you are getting the same errors when you send a One-Time report instead of Recurring?

Hi Bojan, I haven’t made any changes to the PDF template but have updated the email content. Here’s the email content and interestingly this is completly ignored and the default email content is sent (which is fine).

When I send a one-time report it works fine. So seems like the issue is only on recurring.

Just to provide on this -
There was a minor issue in the Pro Reports code related to a missing field in an array which caused this issue to manifest in rare situations.

We will be releasing a fix for it in the next version of Pro Reports.
