Pro Reports Stopped Working - Spins with No Error

I generate reports for all my clients on the first of the month. These were working for July 1st, but when I tried to generate reports, the little window that pops up just spins and spins for hours - no errors, no messages, and never completes.

Normally I have about 8 clients I do this for at a time, and I click “Send Now”, it generates and sends fine. That is now spinning. So I tried doing it with ONE client at a time - still nothing. So I tried doing “Preview Report” for 1 client - nothing, just spins. And finally I tried “Download PDF” for 1 client - again, just spins, no error.

I also tried selecting a smaller date range (7/1/24 through 7/3/24) rather than the entire month of July. That didn’t make a difference either.

I’m not sure what to try next or how to troubleshoot from here. I don’t believe I’ve made any changes since July 1st. I’m on Cloudways hosting and I tried restarting my server just to see if that would help - no luck there. I’ve confirmed all of my updates on the WP site that I run MainWP are all current/up-to-date. Any other ideas?

This issue has been solved via a private ticket @aweberdev opened.

To provide an update to the community -

A PHP function putenv was disabled on the server, which is required for the Google Analytics extension and for generating Pro Reports reports if they include Google Analytics data.

Once the function was enabled by following this guide, the Google Analytics extension started working, and the Pro Reports reports were sent out properly.
