Question on "membership has been canceled"-info in "Extensions"

I am a Pro-member. Features and functions are great.
I have started to look at Virusdie and it would improve the sites I am in charge of.

However. In MainWP-GUI, going to “extensions” and “Install purchased Extensions”, it says

I believe i should be able to use that extension/plugin. Have an API from when i bought MainWP Pro.
What would cause this message “Your membership has been canceled. Reactivate your membership to install MainWP extensions.”?

I can install and use other extensions.

Can you please retest this problem? It should be resolved now.

Yes Bogdan. Virusdie now installs perfectly on one test site. Configuration done. Now I will wait and see :smiley:
