From time to time some sites are disconnected from the Mainwp Dashboard.
Is there a possibility to get an report per mail (Maybe each week) to get informed about These sites?
Ok, I could look in the dasboard and filter for disconnected sites, but an automated Information About this would be great.

Yes, you can get that kind of notification.
If you enable the Daily Digest emails in MainWP Dashboard > Settings > Email Settings (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=SettingsEmail), the Dashboard will send you a summary every day.
That email includes things like available updates, and it also lists all disconnected child sites.
