Quick question.
If I group sites by, as an example, different web agencies, can I create reports for that group (agency) that displays that agency logo and other meta?
So that I can have multile reports for multiple agencies?

You can indeed do that.
When you create a report for a specific group, you can add an agency-related logo or other data which will be tied only to that report.
