Select all in bottom bar doesn't work

On the Manage Sites page there’s a select all button at the start of both the top as the bottom bar of the table. The one at the top selects all sites, but the one at the bottom doesn’t do anything.
This might be the same for tables in other parts of the dashboard (not tested).

I’ve managed to reproduce it, and sent it to the development team.
