Hello!
Is it possible to set pro-reports to send a weekly report only for sites that had some update activity? It’s not useful for a client to receive a report if nothing happened on its website (no core, plugin, or themes update).

This is not possible right now.
If there was no activity for a certain report section (e.g., Plugin updates), that section will be omitted.
However, it is not possible to skip sending the report entirely if no activity was logged.
I’d suggest configuring the report for you to receive it first for review, and then sending it to the user if appropriate:

Unfortunately we have a network of over 300 sites, so checking everyone is not viable.
