We have reports that are scheduled to deliver to clients on a monthly interval. This was functioning properly for a significant amount of time, but recently we have had complaints that clients are not receiving them. When I reviewed, it appears that they stopped sending automatically last July. This correlates with the time period where we moved away from WpRocket and began utilizing Litespeed Cache. I have also verified that the sites that are not using Litespeed Cache have continued to the send, but all sites that have it installed have failed. I only have the basic preset for Litespeed Cache enabled on our sites. Does anyone have any insights as to how I can correct this? Thanks!
Hey @sieverscreative
Just to verify - the caching plugin change was done only on Child sites, and you’re not using any caching plugins on the MainWP Dashboard?
And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
![]()
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
Hi Bojan. Thank you for your help with this. We do not have any caching software installed on the MainWP dashboard itself. The caching software Litespeed Cache is only installed on the child sites.

Thanks, @sieverscreative.
We’re not aware of any connection between caching plugins on child sites and scheduled Pro Reports failing to send.
Nothing stands out in the system report either as an obvious issue.
Would you mind opening a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further?
Please refer to this Community thread by its URL in the ticket.
Thank you. I have submitted the ticket.
