Site Connections lot after Sync Trigger

Hi everybody,

in my mainwp dashboard the website connection gets lost after i trigger the data synchronisation. MainWP Dashboard & Child-Websites are on the latest version.

I tried to deaktivate

  • NinjaFirewall
  • W3Total Cache
  • Other Security Rules on the child websites

Do you have a hint for me what to check next?

Welcome to the MainWP community.

Is this happening only with one child site?
Can you reconnect it via the MainWP Dashboard, and if not, what error message do you get?

And can you please share the system report from your Child site? On the Child Site, navigate to your-child-site.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=mainwp_child_tab, SERVER INFORMATION tab, then click the Get system report button.

Hi Bojan,

it happens with all Child Pages. I can connect it with the following button:

But if i click the global “data synchro” Button all connections get lost and i have to reconnect every page with a click to the button of the screenshot.
