SureFeedback Admin Site and MainWP Child Plugin v6+ issues

I have a site that is managed by MainWP that has SureFeedback Admin plugin installed.

With Surefeedback most of it works but a few critical features like adding a website, view the trash, and a few other things as the website returns a 500 error. I have enabled the WP Debug and nothing is returned.

If I disable MainWP Client plugin on this website those features I mention on Surefeedback start to work again. I also tested and it works with MainWP v5.4.1 but as soon as I install MainWP Client v6 or higher the issues come back.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

Hey @eSIlverStrike

We’ve fixed a conflict with SureFeedback and the MainWP Child plugin in v6.0.1.

You can find more info about it here: Conflict with SureFeedback (Project Huddle) in Latest Version · Issue #881 · mainwp/mainwp · GitHub

It seems to be the error you’re seeing. Are you using v6.0.1 of the Child plugin?

That appears to be the issue (though the info in the additional context heading I don’t know).

I’ve downloaded MainWP Child plugin and tested the following versions 5.4.1, 6.0, 6.0.1, and 6.0.2.

Only version 5.4.1 works with SureFeedback/Project Huddle.

I will create a support ticket for this so you can check it out more. Currently I have v6.0.2 of the Child Plugin installed.
