Yesterday I was performing my regular site maintenance and found that consistently - about 12 sites would disconnect in the sync process. But then when these sites are selected and reconnected - they connect with no problem.
An immediate re-sync does the same thing.

Can you check the version of the MainWP Child plugin on those 5 that continue to disconnect on sync?
And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Would you be able to temporarily deactivate all plugins except for MainWP Child on that one site and see if that helps?
We’ve had similar reports of disconnections in the past with users whose child sites were on Bedrock WordPress. Is that the case here by chance?
This morning I went to do as requested - deactivate all plugins except MainWP - and found the warning site not connected message at the top of the plugin admin. This did not display on sites that were disconnecting previously.
I deactivated and re-activated MainWP Child. The warning appeared as expected. Then I reconnected via MainWP Dashboard > Site Overview, and now the site does not disconnect on sync.
ALL of my sites now sync without issue.
Also - no this site was not on Bedrock WP.
I suspect there may have been a caching issue since I got a different result this morning…
