Actually i have 98 websites in my mainwp.
I’ using it since years, maybe 4 years?
But in th elast times updates all sites needs to much time. It is around 10 minutes for 5 websites.
In advanced seetings i’ve set all to default + acitvated shared hoster. My Webhoster ist quit fast.
The mainwp-log db is around 450 MB.
Can i make the sync faster?
Syncing 5 sites should most certainly not take 10 minutes. With default values on the Advanced Settings page, it should take less than 30 seconds.
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Thanks for the system report. You appear to have 98 child sites connected to the Dashboard?
Did you mean that it takes 10 minutes to sync all of them? Otherwise, if it takes 10 minutes to sync 5 sites, 98 would take hours.
You can try increasing the Maximum simultaneous sync requests (On Settings > Advanced Settings) value and see if that helps.
If your web host is indeed quite fast, try turning off “Optimize for shared hosting or big networks” and compare sync times.
And can you send us a screenshot of the mainwp-log db or a table where it states that it’s 450MB?

Now there are 99 sites.
And yes it took 10 min for just 5 pages. Sometimes it needs hours for a complete sync.
I changed your recommendations to 8 simultanous syncs and turned off optimizing for shared hoster.
actual the db-table is ~300MB. i optimze it every day. syncing is faster afterwards
i guess some sites are stucked in syncing and are waiting for to loang to continue?
Did you notice any significant change?

The size of action logs table shouldn’t affect the sync speed but it is also completely safe to delete the table. And if you are not actively relying on Action Logs, you can even disable it.
Navigate to Dashboard > Info > Action Logs page, and click the Delete Log button to delete the table. To disable it, select Disabled from the dropdown and click Save Settings.
Finally, if neither of those help, can you try temporarily deactivating non-MainWP plugins and see how that affects the sync speed? Some plugins like WF and UDP are known to be heavy on resources.

4.5 Beta is no option.
But with deleting the logs syncing is now very fast.
It was set on debug and loads to much data.
now i’v set it to info and it works like a charme.
syncing 99 sites now runs in 2-4 minutes.
I will observe it.
