Each time I try to jump to the site WP admin on one of my sites I get this error: The information you’re about to submit is not secure.
Why is this happening and what can I do?

This could be the browser thing. Can you tell me if your Dashboard site is on HTTP Protocol and child site on HTTPS or the otherwise?

Yes but slightly different wording. In Safari it says " This is a non-secure form."
It does sound like there is some kind of security issue on either the Dashboard or Child. I just tested some of my sites on Brave, Chrome, and Edge (don’t have Safari installed) without issue.
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Status → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
Also check for any SSL issues in your Child Site Settings under Settings → MainWP Child → Server Information, search for SSL and see if any lines give you a warning.
