i need help
i use last version mainwp
some time ago i use “install” features in PluginsManage menu.

but now i just see default wp critical error when try /wp-admin/admin.php?page=PluginsInstall - There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

  1. my mail box with instruction is empty
  2. my servers admins cant catch error
  3. i was try install mainwp dashboard to another server and see same error

how i can catch this error? and whats going wrong?

Welcome to the MainWP community.

Can you please try reinstalling MainWP Dashboard, and after that, temporarily disable all plugins except for the Dashboard plugin, and see if that helps?

Thanks for the update.

The fatal error that occurs on MainWP Install Plugins page when XML Sitemap Generator is installed is PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare plugins_api().

It would appear that the XML Sitemap plugin is affecting this function in a way that prevents MainWP from using it.

This usually happens when the developer doesn’t follow WordPress coding standards.

Please feel free to reach out to the developer and have them investigate the issue further.
