While everything seems connected, on time tracker, no website is found, and so, we can’t launch the time tracker

I couldn’t reproduce the issue.
As you can see from the screenshot, a Client has to be selected first.

Does the client you select have associated child sites?

If so, the next thing to check is if you have any Time Tracker buckets associated with that Client.

i have a global time tracker, and it seems that if i want to create a time bucket for a client, bucket is created but the client isn’t attached to it (field is empty)
if i select again the client in the edit bucket,and save, client still won’t be attached, only global bucket works

Based on this, it seems to me that the issue is that you cannot attach a Client to a Bucket.
Which is not an issue with Browser Extension specifically.

Can you temporarily deactivate all non-MainWP plugins on the Dashboard site, and then try once more to assign a Bucket to a Client?
If possible, also try in an Incognito/Private browser window without any browser extensions running.
If that doesn’t help, please open a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further.
And please refer to this Managers thread by its URL in the ticket.
