Is it possible to enter tasks that span time, like a week?
For example, we outsource some of our offerings and would like to enter this time like this:
Monday, Dec. 15 - Friday, Dec 19 - 20 hours development

Yes, you can edit a Time Tracker task and manually set 20 hours of time tracked.
You can even add time logs if you want to specify on which days you worked and for how many hours, but this is optional.
