When looking at the new site changes the times are not showing the site or dashboard timezone.

Can you please elaborate a bit on the issue you’re reporting?
Are you referring to the Sites Changes widget, or Sites Changes page?
Is the “Time” showing incorrect time (i.e. adjusted incorrectly for the time zone), or are you just referring that the timezone is stated?
Please attach screenshots if you think it can help.
The issue is on both the dashboard home page and the site overview. I am seeing listings for plugins that were updated via the dashboard even though I have it set to only show non-mainwp changes and I am seeing the time not matching the dashboard or site time.
I cannot reproduce this issue. When I choose Non-MainWP Changes in the widget, I am only seeing those changes.
Please feel free to open a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further.
Can you check your MainWP Settings page, and see if those times correspond to the Local time as seen on that page:
