I created multiple posts as bulk posts but i would like them as boilerplate posts is there a way to transfer them as boilerplate posts rather then manually redoing them all as boilerplate post?

This is, unfortunately, not possible right now.
Posts cannot be imported or transferred over to the Boilerplate extension.
So it will be necessary to manually re-do those posts as Boilerplate posts.
