Hello, this particular function has never worked for us. We have a big network, but despite having configured for the trusted plugin autoupdate, this does not work. What are the steps do you suggest to debug this issue? We have no clue…
Hi @TheDarkMist
-
Are other scheduled events (automatic sync, notification emails) properly executing?
-
Are the trusted plugins not updating across all of your sites, or only some?
-
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
- other scheduled events seems to work correctly
-
- all trusted plugins on all sites are not updating
- here is the system report:

Thanks for the system reports.
Nothing in it stands out as an obvious issue that would prevent automatic updates.
Would you mind opening a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further?
Please refer to this Community thread by its URL in the ticket.
Any update on this?
I am experiencing the same issue.
- Other events seem to work (Email reports, etc)
- All trusted plugins on all sites not updating
I just now updated my dashboard from version 5.3.4 to 5.3.5 to see if it may be fixed. Will monitor this version.
