Trying to install "Activity log for MainWP" extension

I’m trying to install the “Activity log for MainWP” extension. Although it says the extension is installed, it is not showing in the installed extension list. Also, it is showing an error (no response from the WordPress update server).

Help me how can I install this extension.

I have install/update issues at the moment as well. There seems to be an outage on downloads.wordpress.org. That might have caused your issue, but is not related to MainWP. Please try again later.

But at the same time, I installed these 3 extensions and they installed successfully.

Welcome to the MainWP community.

We are aware of this issue, and it will be fixed in an upcoming release.

The Activity Log for MainWP cannot be installed because the extension has been retired, and the Melapress team (developers of the plugin and extension) has merged the extension’s functionality into the Activity Plugin itself.

These extension come from the MainWP servers, not from downloads.wordpress.org, so that had no impact on the downloads. Many updates and probably also installations fail for the last 5 hours at least.

UPDATE: it started working again around 2pm UTC.
