Is it possible to turn off the link animations? Instead of me trying to describe the animations I am speaking of I thought it better to do a loom video.

These animations are not coming from the MainWP Dashboard, at least not intentionally.
Can you try temporarily deactivating all non-MainWP plugins on your Dashboard site and see if that helps?
Also, please try in an Incognito browser window without any browser extensions running.
You can also try using a different browser if one is installed.
