unable to add a new site

Hey guys,

I’m having trouble adding a site. It usually goes smoothly, but this time I can’t get it to work.

It accepts the information and tells me to wait while it adds the site, but then it just keeps looping.

On the client side, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, cleared the login info, cleared the cache, and disabled Wordfence—nothing works…

If you have any ideas, I’ll give you access to the master admin panel and provide the details so you can see if you can figure it out better than I can.

Do you end up getting any error message, or does it get stuck on the “Adding site…” message?

What is the result of the Test Connection for this site?

Hey,

testing ok 200 response and stuck on adding you site to the mainboard please wait.

tried many time.

i have made this dozen of time whith no issue.

i can’t explain this one

It’s possible that the connection is timing out.

Would you mind opening a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further?

To create an account on mainwp.com in order to be able to submit a ticket on https://mainwp.com/my-account/get-support/, follow this link https://mainwp.com/checkout/?add-to-cart=1264797&empty-cart, which will add the Free bundle to your cart.

Then, at the checkout page, you will have an option to enter your new Account username/password.

Once you place the order (there will be no charge!), an account will be created.

The issue was related to an outdated version of libsodium system library on the MainWP Dashboard site.

The user’s hosting support resolved it, and the child site was then added to the Dashboard without any further problems.
