Update not availiable with PHP 8.1, 8.2, 8.3

Running current version of WP 6.8.1 , no plugins aside from yoast and mainwp plugins. PHP 8.2 and will not install citing php version. Default install theme. Have tried php 8.1, 8.2, 8.3
Any clues?

That is a strange one and everything above 8.1 should be good. To set expectations the support team is gone for the night but will be back first thing in the morning.

To save some time can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.

Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:

This indicates that the site is actually running on PHP 7.4 instead of 8.1+ that is required for the latest MainWP Dashboard.

You might want to check the Tools - Site Health - Information - Server details for the PHP version. If it says 7.4 as well (as I expect) check your main .htaccess file for PHP version overrides.

Hey @bizetools

As @josklever pointed out, PHP 8.1 is the minimum required PHP version right now for MainWP Dashboard.

However, we will be changing this back to 7.4 later today.

The MainWP Dashboard version will stay the same, we will just update the readme.txt file which contains the PHP minimum required information.

I will update this thread once we do so.

We have updated the readme.txt file and reduced the PHP requirement to 7.4.

@bizetools You should be able to update your MainWP Dashboard to the latest 5.4.0.12 version now.
