When updating sites to WordPress 6.8 I get the successful check-marks, but they also show the site ID and I don’t think that’s intended.
I’m using the latest MainWP Dashboard version 5.4.0.5

I was unable to reproduce this. When updating WP Core from the Updates page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=UpdatesManage&tab=wordpress-updates), I do not see the Site IDs with or without post-update Regression Testing scans:
Are you updating from that same page?
Are you using latest MainWP Child v5.4.0.5 on these sites?
And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server (your-mainwp-dashboard.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ServerInformation), on the top right of the page.

I was using the same page indeed. And the sites had the latest MainWP Child plugin as well.
With updates for plugins/themes, I didn’t see the site ID.

Thanks @josklever for the system report.
The issue seems to manifest when updating WP Core and when the Regression Testing add-on is deactivated or not installed.
I’ve forwarded it to our development team and the fix for this will be included in an upcoming Dashboard release.

The fix for this issue was included in the v5.4.0.6 of MainWP Dashboard released on 04-22-2025.
