I’ve had an issue for the last few weeks where I cannot update properly from MainWP.
The sites are all connected, and the number of missing updates looks to be correct, but when I click update all, the progress doesn’t move. It just sticks on the first batch of sites, with the spinning icon.
If I try updating a single site, the same thing happens, however the updates do complete, but the progress doesn’t get shown in the pop up window.

Does other MainWP functionality work as expected (sync, installing plugins/themes, managing posts/pages)?
And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Also, please include the system report for the Child Site in question by navigating to MainWP Child > System Information and clicking the Blue button.

Yes the other functionality appears to be working. I can sync a site, add/remove plugins. It is just bulk updates that I can’t do.
The individual site updates work, but there is no feedback to MainWP to show any progress.

This issue was caused by a very underpowered shared host and when the Dashboard was moved to a different host, the issue was resolved.
