Hello. I am having an issue with logging into virusdie. I used the form to signup with my email, it sends me the temp password but when I put that in, i get an error Account creation failed. Please try again or contact support. Thank you
Hey @Max
I’ve just tried to create a new account, and I couldn’t replicate that issue.
After you got the password in the email, did you enter it in this field?
And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
Yes I did it as exactly as the screenshots.

Thanks for the system reports.
Can you try temporarily deactivating all non-MainWP plugins and set the active theme to one of the default ones (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Four) and try once more?
In general, caching plugins are not recommended for MainWP Dashboard. Most of the content is dynamic so the caching plugins cannot offer great performance improvements. You are naturally free to experiments with individual settings in the plugin until you find the culprit.
After trying multiple times and emails, I got it to work and connect! I know there is a free scan weekly, do I need to add them anywhere to start scan or when would the scan start? Thank you
Hey @Max
Great, I’m glad you’ve managed to connect the extension.
The weekly free scan is automatic, so you don’t have to do anything. But keep in mind that the On-demand scans require a premium Virusdie subscription.
